These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Flwr. website and the purchase of any products from us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Business Details
This website is operated by Franki Sergi trading as Flwr (ABN 74 602 550 631) (“Flwr.”, “we”, “us”, “our”), based in Victoria, Australia.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the website and purchase of goods is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the website.
3. Orders & Contract Formation
All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance by us. An order is not accepted until payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment must be made at the time of ordering and is processed securely via Stripe, a PCI DSS compliant payment provider. Flwr. does not store or have access to your full payment card details.
5. Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are dispatched from 8:00am on the selected delivery date. Delivery dates and times are estimates only and time is not of the essence. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather events, or incorrect delivery information.
Delivery is available only within selected metropolitan areas, as displayed on our website.
6. Product Variations & Substitutions
Flowers are natural, seasonal products and may vary in colour, size, or appearance from images shown. Where necessary, we may substitute flowers or products with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style of the arrangement.
7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Change-of-mind cancellations are accepted only before an order has been dispatched. Orders are dispatched from 8:00am on the selected delivery date. Once flowers have been dispatched or are with a courier, change-of-mind refunds are not available.
Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering. We are unable to provide refunds where incorrect delivery information has been supplied.
